CORYPHEE

A Flying Start to UK Grain Maize!

Coryphee is a new ‘very early’ grain hybrid. It combines strong yield performance with very early maturity – significantly ahead of other grain varieties used in the UK.

Coryphee is noted for its exceptional early vigour, offering rapid establishment and an earlier drilling window. With grain yields in excess of 12 t/ha at moistures of less than 27%, Coryphee sets the ultimate combination of earliness and yield.

Maturity:
  • FAO 180 – Fast dry down – excellent standing

Characteristics:

  • Best in class for grain yield (111% NIAB)
  • Unrivalled early vigour – the highest in Kingshay trials (8.0 out of 9)
  • Excellent standing power and cob ripeness (8.3 out of 9)
  • Earliest harvest date for crimped maize, low drying costs for grain
  • Ideal for early drilling
